Die Gastfreundschaft, Herzlichkeit und positive Energie des gesamten Teams sind außergewöhnlich. Die Surf-Instructors sind nicht nur äußerst kompetent, sondern auch unglaublich geduldig und motivierend. Dank ihrer Unterstützung habe ich mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt und große Fortschritte gemacht – sogar meine anfangs eher wackeligen Beine haben dank ihrer Tipps sicher auf dem Brett gestanden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die entspannten und achtsam gestalteten Yoga-Sessions, die jeden Tag perfekt abgerundet haben. Dazu gab es täglich liebevoll zubereitetes, hausgemachtes Essen und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre, in der man sofort Anschluss findet. Ich habe hier Menschen aus aller Welt kennengelernt und mich von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Dieses Camp bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Surfen, Entspannung, Gemeinschaft und echter Lebensfreude. The kind of "Surf and Yoga Retreat" I was looking for, for so long! 🏄🏾♀️ It was an intense research and I'm glad I came across the best one. From the beginning till the end. I had a lot of doubts and they answered to all my questions very quickly. When I arrived I had someone waiting at the airport to take me to where it would be one of the best weeks ever! They were very welcoming and made me feel part of the family straight away. They are the kindest and funniest hosts! I'm a beginner and the surf instructors had all the patience and professionalism I could ask for. Always worried about how the day went for us and if we were enjoying the spots we were taken to. The best thing is you get to stay at the beach all day so if the conditions are not the best, we could always try again anytime we wanted. And the Surf theory session was the best addition to it all. 🌊 The accommodation is in a very good location and perfect for sunrise and sunset moments! (to be enjoyed on the Yoga sessions every day 🧘🏾♀️). It's just a short walk to where shops and restaurants are (not that you need it as we were amazingly fed). The Mum is the best Chef and there was a very good amount of food and variety for all tastes. Coming to Morocco for the first time as a female solo traveler I was very nervous, but from the moment I walked into The Happy Surfers and met everyone, it felt like home. Everyone is so caring and welcoming, I met some of best people and friends I’ll have for life. Truely one of the best experiences I’ve had, every day is planned for you, the food was amazing, the best surf and yoga instructors, and the accommodation was beautiful and comfortable. If you want to avoid the mainstream, overpriced surf camps where you’re just one of many, this is the right choice. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family, and I mean really part of the family. The homemade food cooked by the mum was incredible every single day, fresh, delicious, and full of love. The villa is super comfortable with stunning views of both the ocean and the mountains, and the whole vibe is relaxed and flexible, with pure good energy, great surf, and genuine people. The sunrise and sunset yoga sessions were magical, and the recommendations for other activities, like the local hammam and massage, were absolutely amazing. Had such a nice time with the surfer instructors who were very patient and created a lovely and fun atmosphere. Further more coming from a country where winter months are very cold and dark it was amazing to come down to Tamraght in primo november where the temperature was at least 26 celsius. The combination of either yoga in morning and surfing midday or morning surfing and yoga at sunset was ideal. Onze instructeurs Mo en Ilyass waren geweldig. Zij gaven goede en duidelijke tips om onze surfskills te verbeteren. Ook gingen we verschillende spots bekijken om de goeie golven te vinden. Daarnaast was Mo ontzettend betrokken en dacht hij echt met ons mee tijdens de lessen. Une immersion paradisiaque dans l’apprentissage du surf avec une équipe à la pro et adorable. Situé à Tamrat le surfcamp est tout neuf, chambre personnelle avec balcon et tout confort, terrasse entre montagne et vue mer pour les repas et le cours de yoga 🧘 Ambiance friendly de À à Z, accueil aux petits soins, cours particulier de surf avec Mo mon ami que je connais depuis 10 ans ou Salem, tous les 2 à l’écoute et très patients et avec des conseils personnalisés pour progresser au fur et à mesure des sessions. L’organisation des journées sont idéales entre le surf, la plage et le yoga. Tout est facilité pour aller au hammam et massage à côté, pour se poser au café après le surf, pour manger un tagine ou boire un café sur la plage. Chaque jour en fonction des conditions Mo choisit le bon spot entre Banana, Agadir, 11… bien adapté à chaque niveau. Surf Théory et vidéos de chacun pour avoir du recul sur les sessions. Mention spéciale aux repas de Fatima, tout est fait maison, le petit dej est un régal avec la salade de fruits fraîches et les msemen handmade, pour prendre des forces avant d’aller surfer. I've had good surf camp experiences in different places but this was the best by far. I learned so much in technique and theory, and felt like I improved a lot. The Happy Surfers are also the kindest, friendliest, most incredible hosts. I had loads of questions before I arrived and they answered all of them quickly. My flight was delayed and I arrived late but I was still greeted really warmly, and immediately made to feel at home. The room felt really new and clean but also cozy with really nice attention to detail, plus there was a nice and comfortable space to hang out indoors and outdoors, with games provided. The food was all homemade and some of the best food I've ever had. The location was pretty perfect, in easy reach of loads of great surf spots. It’s outside the busyness of town and but just 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and shops on one side and mountains on the other which have a beautiful sunset view. We verbleven in de twee persoons kamer. De kamer zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Wel wat wennen aan de harde bedden en de blaffende honden buiten die in de nacht zeer actief worden. De week vloog daarentegen voorbij!😊 Wat een onwijs leuk en gezellig team! Vanaf het eerste moment bij aankomst voel je je thuis. Je kan alles vragen en ze denken graag met je mee. We hebben verschillende stranden gezien om te surfen. Elke dag checken ze waar de beste golven staan. Ik heb veel fijne tips gekregen om mijn surfskills in een week flink te verbeteren! Ook word je soms gefilmd en doen ze een surf analyse zodat je nog meer kan verbeteren! Helemaal super! De yoga lessen waren fijn en laat ik natuurlijk ook zeker het eten niet vergeten!! Alles dagelijks vers gemaakt door de familie. Beter kan niet! Het was heerlijk! Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt en dagelijks tijdens de maaltijden genieten van het mooie uitzicht vanaf het dak.
